The uniqueness of my technique lies in the fact that I am very attentive to details and make wool paintings very durable. So my felt crafted items does not require special care, just dry clean it. They are very light and cute, and they feel warm and soft.
Process of booking a Portrait

I can currently accepting a limited number of special order of wool art commissions! Do not hesitate to contact me, to secure your place on the commission list NOW! If you placed your order today, the wait could be approximately 3-6 months. Take care of gifts in advance!
Payment process
After booking, you can provide me with the photos and description necessary for the creation of the portrait. Once purchased, I will need some photos of the subject you wish to have a portrait of, this could be a dog, a cat, a horse, a bird etc. Or a combination of many. Please send me your photos and preferred background color via email: info@ellunhuopa.com. Photos should be (if possible) at the same level of the pet. A good quality photograph are appreciated but not absolutely necessary. I have worked using low quality photos many times. If you don’t have many photos of the subject, or you are not sure of what to send just sent what you have and I will find a way to work with the photos which you provide. I will also need a description of the subject, something about their personality, story, anything you wish to share with me. I will present you with a mock up of your portrait so you get an idea of how the original will look. When you confirm the mock up I will proceed to create the original. I accept payment via Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer.
Creation of the original
When we have confirmed the desired mock up is time for me to concentrate in the original. Art is a very subjective matter and at times can be difficult to calculate exactly how long one piece will take me. The waiting time also depends on how busy I am at the moment. This is why I prefer to give three to six months deadlines and if I finish earlier is great.
Shipping
After confirmation that you are happy with your portrait I will proceed to ship it. The portrait is sent extremely well packaged and protected. I take great care and attention in my packaging process. All my wool portraits arrive to the address you specify when ordering beautifully wrapped accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and signed.
At the moment I use DHL is the global leader in the logistics industry. I’ve been using them for the many years and I’ve never any issues. They are very reliable and extremely fast in their deliveries. Shipping cost is included in the price of the wool painting for anywhere in the world. Your portrait will have it’s own tracking number.
