Seller: ELPAKO OY, ELLUNHUOPA (business ID 3155975-5) sells products to adult individuals in Finland and Europe and other continents. Product prices include VAT (24% and 10%). We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.


We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice and due to an error caused by human error or technical failure.

Delivery time and method

I need about 2-3 months to manufacture the products (The time may be longer depending on the order queue at the time of ordering). If you have an urgent order, it must be agreed before ordering.

The delivery time for finished products is usually 2–5 working days and a maximum of 30 days in Finland and abroad for a maximum of 60 working days from receipt of the order.

If you pay directly into your company's account, we will only process and mail your order once we have received your payment. You can expedite the processing of your order by notifying us when you have completed the payment. To expedite the delivery of your order, please let us know when you have completed the payment by emailing info (at) ellunhuopa.com, thank you!

Orders will be delivered to the address provided in connection with the order. All products are delivered at once, no post-delivery.


Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) co-operates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail plc is licensed as a payment institution. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the order. Delivery costs depend on the place of delivery and the size of the order.

Right of cancellation and refunds

The consumer customer has the right to get acquainted with the products for 14 days after receiving the order. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered.
Returns must always be agreed in advance with the online store's customer service. The consumer customer, when the return cannot be delivered by post in the usual way and the business customer is responsible for the costs arising from the return, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect in the product or an error due to the operation of ELLUNHUOPA's online store. Return costs are determined by the number, size and weight of the products returned. If you want to return the products, please contact customer service first.

In the case of a refund, the refund will be made to the payment method used.
