People should not blame themselves for their actions, which are the result not only of conscious choices but also of deep, often unconscious, internal processes. We cannot fully control our decisions, just as we cannot predict our next thought. It only seems to us that we make choices consciously, but in reality our lives are following a pre-written programme - a script in which every action is born out of accumulated experiences, beliefs and karmic lessons.<\/p>\n

Human life resembles a closed circle: events repeat themselves, producing suffering, reflection, joy and learning, until one finds oneself in a similar situation again. This cycle continues until he becomes self-aware. As long as he is in a state of \u201dsleep\u201d - mechanically living his life - all actions are predetermined.<\/p>\n

Awakening is a state of consciousness in which one is freed from this script. He begins to understand that life is not only a series of repetitive reactions, but also a space for change. It is like a moment when one realises that one can influence events, change circumstances and choose how to react.<\/p>\n

Such a state is also achievable in real life, but it requires awareness-raising. This means being fully present in every moment, observing your thoughts, actions and feelings. Being present is not just focusing on the \u201dhere and now\u201d moment, but a deep understanding of the course of events without getting caught up in automatic patterns.<\/p>\n

When you wake up, you cease to be a prisoner of the script. He begins to take control of his life, creating new paths that are not bound by the past or repetitive patterns. Only through awareness can we transcend suffering and live in harmony with life, accepting it as it is.<\/p>\n

Our thoughts rarely bring real joy or happiness. They often drag us into the past or push us into the future, away from the present. That's why I urge you to think less and feel more.
