Where to send pet photos?
After payment, you can send me photos by email to info@ellunhuopa.com. The more pictures, the easier it is to identify the individual characteristics of your pet, but make sure the pictures are from the same life stage. Photos should be from different angles, side, top, bottom and straight on.

How does the creative process work?
Each ”Pet's Main Character from Blanket” is handcrafted using photographs of your pet to accurately reproduce individual features. Manufacturing technique: needle felting. You can also send your pet's fur to make the product even more personal.

How long does it take to prepare?
Production time depends on the current load, but usually takes around 3-6 weeks. However, this time may be longer, so make sure you order your gifts as early as possible.

How is delivery done?
Delivery is by post to the nearest post office. All products are carefully packed to ensure their safety during transport. Delivery times depend on your location.
