The first month of the year was full of new energies, insights and reassessments.
Things that used to seem stable now need updating. It felt like life was testing me: can I really trust myself? Do I dare to step into the unknown without reassurance?

Memories - what do I carry with me?
I discovered that memory is not just a repository of past events. It shapes the present and how I see myself and the world.
Some memories act as a resource - they inspire and give strength.
But others are old programmes that we have learned to think of as safe havens, even though they are actually preventing us from moving forward.
January reminded me that it's time to clear my mind of the things that no longer serve me. Only those memories that support me and help me grow should remain.
We can't choose all the events, some of them just happen to us, and we have to go through them. But we can choose how we deal with them. I choose to keep in my mind only those memories that support my growth and give me strength.
Judge not, and you shall not be judged.
This month we learned to accept people and events without judgement. It wasn't that easy.
I noticed how easily we judge others and the world around us. We imagine that someone is doing something wrong, living the ”wrong” way or that things should be done differently.
But everyone has their own path and their own reality. Everyone lives in their own illusion and experiences exactly what they need to experience.
That's why I'm always right, you're right - and everyone else is right.
When you stop judging and accept life as it is, freedom is born.
Judging is not only criticising others, but also limiting oneself. When we define what is ”right” and ”wrong”, we are also unknowingly building boundaries in our own lives.
January reminded us that the world is much bigger than our own perspective - and the less we judge, the more freedom we give ourselves.

Progress by overcoming obstacles
There were situations where something didn't work right away, and it felt like it would be easier to give up.
But it was moments like these that taught us to be flexible and find new solutions.
Failures are not the final destination, but part of the journey to learn and grow stronger.
The burden of responsibility we often carry can sometimes become our own prison. The weight of expectations, obligations and self-imposed demands can shackle us and prevent us from moving forward.
As we enter a new phase of life, it is time to pause and reflect. What of all the things you've collected is really worth taking with you into the future? What habits, thoughts or feelings have become a burden and no longer support you?
The voice of your soul always knows the answer. It's quiet, barely audible, but it's what helps you find your way to freedom. The ability to listen to that voice is the key to shedding excess weight and creating a space for true happiness and lightness.
Allow yourself to be free. A new phase in your life is not just a change of calendar, but an opportunity to let go of the old weight and move on more lightly.
Freedom from the expectations of others
January was a month of reassessment: what in our lives is really ours, and what do we do out of a sense of duty, guilt or fear of being judged?
We practised making choices consciously, without the pressure of external expectations.
The further we go down the evolutionary ladder, the more opportunities open up. But at the same time, each of us is a builder of our own reality - and the tools and materials for this must be chosen by us. No one is going to save us or show us the way. Freedom comes from taking responsibility into our own hands and daring to walk our own path.
But what does this mean in practice?
1️⃣ Listen to yourself - ask yourself what really makes you happy, not just what you ”should” do. What things bring you joy and fulfilment?
2️⃣ Stop and recognise the externalities - when do you make a decision just because you are afraid of what others will think? Practice making choices from your heart, not out of obligation.
3️⃣ Practice saying NO - freedom is not just about being able to do what you want, but also about daring to say no to what doesn't serve you.
4️⃣ Make your own way - don't wait for someone to point you in the right direction. No one knows better than you what is right for you. Trust yourself.
5️⃣ Take responsibility for your choices - don't wait for someone else to change your life. You have the power to do it yourself.
When you start living like this, the world opens up in a new way. You find true freedom - the freedom to be yourself.
Creativity - the energy of the future

I feel more and more strongly that creativity is not just something to do, but a way of being. When you create from a place of love and abundance, your work has the power to touch others on a deep level.
I believe that this year will bring out the true meaning of creativity. It is no longer just a skill, but an energy that changes the world.
The person who creates art acts as a channel for the energy that connects us to others and to ourselves. When we dare to follow our creativity, we not only express ourselves, but also we offer the world something valuable and unique.
That's why it's important to value our own creativity and give it space. So I am currently working on a course to support those who want to strengthen their belief in themselves, find the courage to create and let their art influence their own lives as well as others.
If you feel in your heart the call to create, but you hesitate, remember: this is your path, your mission.
How was your January? Have you experienced something similar?

Creativity is not just a hobby - it is a tool to understand ourselves and the world better. That's why I share my own knowledge in my courses, where I help people find their own path in both art and craft. If you feel it's time to give more space to your own creativity, join me 💚
