It is my pleasure to invite you to this wonderful course!

If you would like to learn how to create wonderful wool paintings, you are in the right place! The specialty of my technique is that I consider all the details. Many of my students call this technique I use: the “two hairs” technique. All my students learn my technique very quickly and after learning it, delight me with their wonderful creations!

- I believe that if you master technology, you can create anything!

This course was born over decades and is probably the most complete wool painting course in the world! However, this did not come as a surprise to myself, as I put into it everything I have learned over several decades. In this course, you can make cute butterflies, birds, flowers, berries, etc. by needle and wet felting. When you learn this “two hairs” technique, only your imagination is the limit!

The total duration of the course is about three months. You will have access to all course materials for the entire year. During the course, you will make several, at least eight stunning paintings with different techniques.

You do not need previous felting experience for this course, which means that the course is also suitable for beginners.
You don't have to know how to draw or paint, it's enough as long as you have the enthusiasm to do and an open mind to learn something new!

In this full-fledged course, all sections will always be open to you at certain intervals. This makes it much easier to follow and I make sure all students have enough time to complete the course. So you have the opportunity to complete the course at your own pace. The learning material is organized from easy to harder to make sure you succeed!

The total duration of the course is about three months. You will have access to all course materials throughout the year. During the course, you will make several, at least 8 wonderful boards with different techniques.

Course assignments do not take much time! I fully understand that you have other things in life besides felting. However, if you practice regularly, you will learn better and with better quality. You will receive the first lesson immediately after payment. Then you will receive new learning material every week so you have enough time to learn.

How long is the course and how often there are training sessions?

The total duration of the course is about three months. The course consists of three major sections: needle felting, watercolor painting and mix technique.

Kaikki materiaalit (tekstit ja videot) ovat verkossa koulutus alustalla. Oppitunnit julkaistaan tietyssä järjestyksessä niin, että teillä on riittävästi aikaa opiskella ja harjoitella kädentaitoja. Te teette itsenäistä opiskelua. Opiskelu materiaalia saa katsoa niin monta kertaa, kun haluaa vuoden ajan. Aikaa opiskeluun on siis riittävästi!

Kauanko suurinpiirtein kannattaa varata kertaistuntoon aikaa?

Verkkokursseillani on iso positiivinen ominaisuus, että voit harjoitella milloin haluat ja niin kauan kuin haluat. Voit keskeyttää milloin tahansa ja jatkaa, kun sinulla on taas aikaa.

Kurssini koostuvat osista/oppitunneista, joita suosittelen suorittamaan järjestyksessä. Tehtävien suorittamiseen kuluva aika vaihtelee opiskelu materiaalin tasosta ja opiskelijan kokemuksesta/ominaisuuksista. Yleensä se vie n.30-70min per oppitunti (toiset tekevät nopeammin ja toiset tarvitsevat enemmän aikaa). Jokainen on omanlainen ja se on täysin normaalia.

Paljonko suurinpiirtein tulee kurssilla tarvittavat materiaalit maksamaan? Tuleeko kuvat sulta valmiina, vai pitääkö itse valita kuvat mistä tekee? Jos sinulta, niin onko sulla väriehdotukset ja tarvittavat määrät, että tietää mitä tilaa ja paljonko. Entä jos omat kuvat, niin mistä tiedän paljonko tilaan ja mistä tiedän oikeat sävyt?

Kurssin villojen määrä vaihtelee suuresti riippuen siitä, kuinka paljon aiot harjoitella. Erittäin positiivista on se, että piirtämiseen minun tekniikallani ei tarvita paljon villaa ja sen sävyjä. Aloittaaksesi tarvitset perusvärejä, jopa 10-30 grammaa kutakin. Hyvä tietää, että opiskelijani saavat alennuksen kumppanini verkkokaupasta.

Päätehtäväni opetuksessa pidän tekniikan opettamista. Kun hallitset tekniikan, sinulla ei ole enää rajoituksia luovuudelle. Tehtävien suorittamiseksi suosittelen käyttämään kurssissa annetut kuvamateriaalit, koska ne auttavat oppimaan aiheen nopeasti ja kätevästi. Voit kuitenkin halutessasi käyttää omia värejäsi.

Is there a certain school day always or how does it work?

Through which wools are procured or are they included in the course material?

Supplies are provided by the course participants themselves. Participants will receive a discount on felting wool from my partners.

Work environment and materials

PS You do not need to have wool or similar material before you start training. Be at ease. You will receive a lesson where I will tell you about wool for wet felting and other decorative fibers. Good and real materials are comfortable to felt and you will succeed with them. In addition, I will give tips on where the materials could be purchased.
