Felting takes place with the formula, the formula must be greater in relation to the final result. The shrinkage is about 30-40%. The formula requires a strong plastic or laminate substrate. The edges of the hat are detached by the membrane, adhering to the apex of the top.

White 40-50gr

Arrange the wool fibers crosswise on a flat sheet (2 layers). The formula remains completely inside the wool layer. Felt a little. The plastic wrap ends approx. 5 cm from the top.
Arranges wool of different colors into a thin layer until white wool is no longer visible through it.
The wool goes a little over the edges of the formula about 0.5 cm from the side and about 3-4 cm from the bottom
The direction of the wool fibers is not so important.
Dip and soap. There should not be too much water. Straighten the bottom edge carefully.
Turn your work around.
Bend the ends of the fibers inwards.
Check the edges to make sure they are not wrinkled.
Felt by rolling or felting.
When the top sticks, you can remove the plastic wrap.
Cut your work open at the bottom and delete the formula.
Whisk your work to the end. Your work is shrinking and starting to harden.
Rinse off all the soap.
Roll dry with a towel.
Fill the elf's head with a craft pad.
Tighten with wire.
Cut a 1cm thick strip from the bottom.
Make this an elf's hand.
Sew it shut.
Make a scarf from the fabric and put on the seam.
Make wool hair.
Sew beads into eyes.
Decorate the way you want. Made!
