Taking care of your own well-being is important! Well-being is possible when you remember the feelings of your body and mind.
The mind affects the body and vice versa.

Everyone is sure to know the importance of healthy eating and exercise for their own well-being. But it is not always so easy to do in our daily lives. If you find yourself in a stressful situation and would like to contribute to it, here are some tips for you:

1. Look at the sky. Imagine that clouds are thoughts. They come and go. Think about what kind of thoughts you would like to leave to yourself.

2. Dance. If you live in a place where outdoor mobility is restricted, you can enjoy moving around at home. Put on the kind of music you like and let the rhythm take with you.

3. Eat well. Find recipes, test and try. Try new flavors or pick up old recipes from the closet.

4. Think carefully about what kind of news you would like to listen to. Unfortunately, not all media are “healthy.” Other media try to incite panic. Be critical and accurate. Follow the safety instructions, but don’t let your mind think sadly.

5. Make crafts. As you know, doing by hand is really important. You can use mine for that free instructions, but if you'd like to learn even more, I've made you a couple online course. ⠀


Only you can influence what is happening in your head!
